Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy when you do business with us. . . .

Unfortunately, unless we made a mistake or a product ordered is damaged in shipping, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once you have placed your order. And, once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. So, make sure it's correct before you place it. It's good for you; and helps us keep our prices low.

But, we're all human and sometimes we make mistakes. Or sometimes something goes wrong with shipping. So, for those rare cases, we want to make it right!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packing, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a Shopforclass.com order confirmation as proof of purchase.

If you are eligible for a return:

  1. Contact CustomerCare@shopforclass.com. If accepted we will issue an RMA number. In your email you must include the order number, the item(s) and quantity you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Upon receipt of the RMA number from us; choose a shipping company of your choice and send back the items. The items to be returned must be packed carefully with the original documents and RMA#. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  3. The items should be sent back to the address that they were shipped from with the original packing list. (See the original box for the address).
  4. Once the items have been received and inspected we will process your credit.
  5. You will be notified by email once your credit has been issued.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. ***A restocking fee of 10% will be applied for all items returned that in our judgement were not due to our error.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Supplies & materials with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • With exceptions, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerCare@shopforclass.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerCare@shopforclass.com. Often, for smaller items, if they're damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace the item if in stock. No need to return that box of No. 3 pencils when you ordered No. 2.
